LESS THAN MINIMUM ORDERS

This policy covers:

• Under minimum (10 pieces)

• Spirit wear add-ons

• Fill-ins

• Pre-Production Samples

There are two charges possible on orders where either a SKU is under 10 pieces and/or a total order is under 10 pieces

OP-MIN-SKU Under Min. (SKU under 10) $10

-If any item on the order is under 10 pieces, a charge of $10 per SKU/Design under 10 pieces is charged

OP-MIN-ORDER Under Min. (Order under 10) $20

-If the total quantity of items ordered between all SKU/designs is under 10 pieces, a charge of $20 is charged once on the order.

Details and examples:

If the total order is 1-piece (Fill-in from a previous order or a pre-production sample) the price is the 10-piece UNIT COST + $10 SKU surcharge and $20 order surcharge.

If you order 5 different SKU’s as pre-production samples, your price is UNIT COST of each item + $10 per SKU Surcharge ($50) and $20 order surcharge for a total surcharge of $70.

If you order 2 pieces of 5 different SKU’s as pre-production samples (10 total pieces), your price is UNIT COST of each item + $10 per SKU Surcharge ($50) for a total surcharge of $50.

A common opportunity is to add spirit wear or coaches’ items to a standard order. If your example order is 12 volleyball uniforms and wanted to add 2 coaches polos and 2 jackets, then the surcharge is $10 per under minimum SKU ($20). Note: the $20 order surcharge is not added since total pieces are over 10.
